Triple threat artist QThree releases his forthcoming instrumental album under his alternate production alias “EARDRUM”. DEAF STRIKE is a mixture of soulful content in the post modernized chop style of production to this date. As an engineer, QThree has managed to sonically harness vintage texturize for a refined presentation. This project came to be from unfortunate malfunctioning of his MPC 2500 drum machine. While his go to weaponry was in rehabilitation, he used his secondary equipment, the Roland/BOSS SP series, with limited features to test his skill in beat making. Depending on your ear, you may recognize a few familiar sound throughout the project he purposely chopped to present his approach to the sample he used. DEAF STRIKE is a very energetic body of work, which is also easy on the ears to play in a relaxed setting.
