Domenico Rosa is one of Italy’s rising talent who stays discreet. This native of Benevento in south of Italy has been on the spot for two years in Europe. When he doesn’t produce, he’s mostly travelling for gigs or managing his label Imprints Records. Domenico is a true music lover and one of the real diggers among deejays of his generation. Domenico created Imprints Records in 2012 with his friend Riccardo. In his own words, he describes it as the fusion between the trends of deep house music “old school” with the new minimal and electronic, all exclusively through vinyl distribution. Riccardo and Domenico release several EPs on it, and they also released music from artists like Isherwood and 100Hz. Imprints is now well known among current dance music labels and the releases sound are club-shaped. Domenico's productions are highly influenced from the late 90's to early 2000. He keeps in this style a mix between bewitching sequences that remind classical Deep House, combined with raw drum machine patterns, full of groove, which are impressively efficient on the dancefloor. This opus contains 3 tracks which are naturally complementary to each other where Domenico recorded live instruments and drums and blended them with his electronic gear. V-Dimension has a catchy rhythmic structure which makes it perfect for clubs, combined with a smooth pad and modulating lead. Balancing on a railing has a more laidback and chill house influence, with a dubby synth which wraps us into a sunday afternoon atmosphere. My red friend is a deep house tune with a very groovy bassline and latin percussion high-end elements, which brings out a kind of melancholic atmosphere. Croisière Musique has emerged from Paris in early 2014, founded by RX and François Halard. “Croisière” evokes the experience of getting lost in the music, night or day, from our frenetic feet moves on the floor to the deepest melancholy of our mind. Croisière Musique collaborates with young artists from various countries who form the new scene of minimal house, who make music with a dis- tinctive look and care, a music which triggers emotions from special grooves. Croisière Musique signs here a very personal and strong release from an artist which is close to the label by his approach to dance music creation.
