Ibiza's DJ Pippi & Willie Graff hooking up into the next level for summer 2017. Pippi & Willie created a funky disco burner including hot remixes by Ron Basejam (aka Crazy P) & Siren (Siren are Darshan Jesrani of Metro Area and Dennis Kane aka Citizen Kane). Pippi has been considered a true pioneer DJ in the Balearic Islands and is one of the legendary founders of the Ibiza House-Music culture remaining a worldwide sought-after Balearic Sound DJ. As a resident DJ at the famous PACHA in Ibiza, he has been a trendsetter ever since 1984. His unique performances continue creating the celebrated Nightlife-fashion of Ibiza - just as during legendary times at the biggest nightclub of the world, the KU (now called Privilege). DJ Pippi is not only a sound genius, but also regularly produces Ibiza-House-Tracks and Mix-CDs being released with his proper label Aluminum Records, among others. With his 1994 hit 'I Luv U' from 'The Originals' he achieved everlasting fame in Ibiza House Music's history and has significantly contributed to the true spirit of Ibiza Music! During the Ibiza-Summer 2016, DJ Pippi & Willie Graff performed together at their seventh successful season with the Luxury Friday's Residency's @ Funky Room at PACHA Ibiza. In 2017, DJ Pippi will present his work once again internationally with his winning Balearic beats at the NOH-Club and the Defected event series "Glitterbox" (as in 2016 at the Space Club in Ibiza and Ministry of Sound in London) and truely rock the "Magic Island" of Ibiza! He is the creator of the legendary CD compilation series such as Undiscovered Ibiza, DJ Pippi presents a Touch of Class and many more. These various compilations are mostly sold out and are nowadays sought-after items for Ibiza music lovers. Thus is one of the driving forces for the famous Ibiza-Lounge-Sound, which in the 90s originated the Café del Mar compilation series enchanting people all over the globe. In 2017 his solo album Bocadillos Variados has been released worldwide by Music for Dreams. Willie Graff began his musical journey in Ibiza where he was born to American parents. Inspired by all genres of music at an early age, from Funk to Rock to Balearic Beat to US Deep House and other underground music influences, he stepped up to the turntables and never looked back. At 16 he became resident in the Pacha's Funky Room as one of the youngest DJs to ever play at the club. Since then, that space has grown to become a bastion of soulful, deep and groovy, non-comercial music, despite the opposite trend in the rest of the club. In fact, such has been the success of Willie's role in the Funky Room that he was one of the few residents who was chosen to feature for Luciano's acclaimed Cadenza party. Willie relocated to New York City over 10 years ago to accept an invitation to be resident DJ of New York's formidable Cielo club. Holding weekly residencies at Cielo during the winter months and Pacha in Ibiza during the summer, Willie Graff continues to cement his position as one of the key purveyors of true house music in the underground scene. He has been integral in shaping the music policy at Cielo and is seen there playing alongside some of the worlds top DJs and producers. His production skills have appeared on prestigious labels like Circus Company, Drumpoet Community, Wave Music, Freerange, Finale Sessions and Holic. It was the legendary François K who signed one of Willie Graff 's first tracks to his label Wave Music after being deeply impressed by his skills. Since then, he has produced a series of 12" releases and remixes across the finest imprints on the underground house scene that are tangible proof of his multifaceted, deep and moody sound. His studio work is indelibly linked to his production partners Tuccillo and DJ Pippi. Theirs is a sophisticated blend of tradition with futuristic house music that immediately attracted international acclaim. The base line for this creative team is their passion for pure sounds, without distractions. Innovative grooves are their common denominator and the white isle is their inspiration, giving their productions a unique light and a pure essence. His deep, innovative, and intricate style expresses even further Willie's sonic adventurism and has landed him in many of the world's finest clubs. 2010 marked a landmark year for Willie's career when his debut appearance playing the peak time slot at Circo Loco at DC10 Ibiza proved to be one of the highlights of the legendary club's whole season and has since helped him to develop a burgeoning relationship with the iconic Circo Loco International events. His trademark sound and refined understanding of underground club culture contributed to his success at the Deejay Mag awards in early 2011,where he was given the award for contribution to quality clubbing in Spain.In 2013 he continued to rise in Ibiza, winning the award for the best resident DJ on the island and playing for Loco Dice's Used and Abused party, Circo Loco, and Cadenza at Ushuaia, as well as in New York with regular appearances at the instantly famous Output club and many other clubs around the city. He lives an enviable situation at present, enjoying the best of both worlds: Pacha Ibiza resident during the summer months and Cielo, NYC and Output the rest of the year. Willie Graff's talent is grounded inextricably in the roots of true house music while clearly indicating the future sound of forward thinking dance music.
