Dialect Music is the coming together of seven passionate people stemming from different musical backgrounds: jazz, funk and hip-hop… In the course of their numerous shows they asserted their various identities and created a strong and subtle ensemble, Soul Dialect. Their new 12" called Chaque Seconde (Every Second) is honored by the presence of Roy Ayers, the world-reknown and phenomenal vibraphonist and singer, a true artist of reference for all lovers of funk and jazz. This collaboration is truly worth a listen…The release also features a special remix by French producer Patchworks, digging deep into vintage "Ayers style" sounds, and bringing a great groove to the tune. The record also features De Minuit à Midi (From Midnight to Noon), directly inspired from the nocturnal atmosphere of French city Lyon’s streets. Atom, a famous turntablist and producer from C2C (4x World DMC Champion), gives a helping hand in the shape of his Parano Star Remix, inspired by the original version of this track (on the La Spéciale EP).
