The new Carlene Davis album is again co-produced by the legendary roots reggae producer Tommy Cowan and features as guest star Papa San. Carlene Davis (born 1953) is a Jamaican singer active since the 1970s. Her voice appears as backing vocalist on hundreds of renown reggae albums, and she is also successful since the early 1980s as a solo-artist. She survived cancer in the mid-1990s, after which she dedicated her career to gospel music.
