Camo & Krooked return to the fore with �Between The Lines�, an immense fourteen-track remix album which takes their award-winning debut on Hospital �Cross The Line� to a whole new level fresh for 2012. These two tracks which have been pressed to vinyl provide a tasty sampler from the album and are aimed at the dancefloor DJ, avid collector and discerning listener alike. First of all, hot new talent Mind Vortex, where they re-work �Cryptkeeper� into a slab of turbo-charged filth with grinding bass, whirring synths and maxxed out sounds a-plenty. Cutting down on the intro and focusing more on the main part, Mind Vortex up the ante here with their high-octane interpretation and no holds barred approach. Flipping over for something completely different, it�s over to InsideInfo steps up for his remix of �Anubis�. This one is all about the dark, twisted bassline, roughed up breaks and groaning subs. Background bleeps add to the impending sense of doom, whilst a blissed out, oriental-sounding midway breakdown adds further depth to this outstanding remix. Two very different sides of the Camo & Krooked coin here from Mind Vortex and Inside Info, both equally as compelling.
