Honestly, it can't get any better: Bong-Ra and Enduser get together for a big kill. Touring together in Europe in the Winter of 2007, they have paired here to offer an ear-shattering, subwoofer-wrecking, dancefloor-packing record which combinates the best of both artist. From Bong-Ra fast edits and forceful beats to Enduser's infectious bass lines and crunchy drums, "The Kill" is this piece of music that anyboy even remotely interested in breakcore will enjoy and cherish. Deadly. (Get this on CD / on 12" / as mp3)
Having toured together with Shitmat in 2004 for the “Monsters of Mash-up” tour, the two breakcore heavyweights champions Bong-Ra and Enduser pair up again, and this time go for “The Kill”. An studio testimony of the beats and breaks to be unleashed upon Europe in the winter of 2007, “The Kill” features both acts in great form, showcasing what they are about, and how good they are at it.
While both artists are known for the wide range of their music, they are in for the kill today. Bong-Ra goes first, clearing the way with two heavy punches made of bass-heavy hardcore beats (“Cochise”) and hard breaks “Horns” and putting all the possible weight on the sub woofer. Enduser then follows with two of his hardest tracks, made out of infectious drum'n'bass pieces, shattered then re-organized as only this artist can.
If breakcore has acquired in the past couple of years a recognition that has brought him to life as a genre in itself, Bong-Ra and Enduser are obviously two of the few acts that are the figurehead of this style. Ad Noiseam is happy to present this concise and efficient example of what both of them can come up with together. “The Kill” is not only a deadly record for fans, audience and DJ alike, but also the perfect way to finally grab what this breakcore thing is about. Deadly.
