Truly beautiful deep house records are things to be treasured, akin to proper songs that will last the test of time, not made to meet a fleeting fad. This is one of those records and a real pinnacle & departure for BLM & Pawas. Patrice Scott liked the track so much that he agreed to remix it - his first ever outside of his own, excellent, Sistrum label. Using plenty of the original track parts but taking it a different direction, Patrice really has come up with something special. The track moves along with snippets of the main vocal and clever use of the main synth, the groove being underpinned by Patrice’s classic sense of production before moving into a more classic ‘Detroit’ ending - a mindset with a bigger, more dramatic sensibility.
