Docile #21 is a collection of elements that have been captured from unique sources and fused into fluid creations. Environment and progress of time are catalysts for a creation to form a process. Docile’s nameless and faceless process works to liberate a new sound and describe its’ own natural pattern. Docile connects to the random to pull out patterns; those patterns can be honed down to construct a logical but abstract funk. Mistakes are made and processed and reworked into a melody. Nonsensical, indiscriminant, drunkin’ funk turns to soulful harmony with presence and conviction.
